Sex Offender Registry

  • Client A Convicted of sexually assaulting a minor child, Attorney Erickson successful obtained an order reducing the client’s classification level from level two to level one.

  • Client B Represented by other counsel Client B convicted of indecent assault and battery on a nine year old was determined to be a level two offender. Attorney Erickson’s successfully appealed this classification and had the case remanded to the Sex Offender Registry Board where Attorney Erickson obtained the client a level one designation.

  • Client C Determined to be a level one offender, Attorney Erickson successfully appealed and had the client relieved of registration.

  • Client D Convicted of statutory rape and classified as a level three offender at the time of his release for prison, Attorney Erickson successfully argued before the Sex Offender Registry Board that the client should only be classified as a level two offender.
