Warrant Removal

  • If an individual fails to appear for a criminal case the court will likely issue a default warrant. Because of advances in tracking warrants states will often require a person to remove old default warrant in order for the individual to continue to operate a car legally or prior to renewing their license. The state may take other actions to require an individual to remove or clear the warrant.

  • When Attorney Erickson is retained on a warrant removal issue he can typically remove the default and clear the warrant. At the same time he can attempt to resolve the case without requiring the appearance of the defendant. If this is not possible Attorney Erickson can arrange for resolution of the case so the matter can be disposed of promptly upon return of the individual to Massachusetts.

  • Call Attorney Erickson to determine the best way to handle your warrant removal situation.
